Wireless Data Acquisition (wDAQ) System for High Frequenecy Ultrasound Signals• sddec25-06
Project Overview
This project focuses on creating a Wireless Data Acquisition (wDAQ) system capable of capturing and wirelessly transmit high-frequency (MHz) analog ultrasound signals to a computer in real-time using Wi-Fi/Bluetooth technology. The system will resemble a standard commercial oscilloscope but with the added advantage of wireless signal transmission. The main goal is to minimize the use of BNC cables, especially when multiple channels are needed, thereby enhancing the mobility of any DAQ system, particularly for remote monitoring. The wireless data acquisition system is being designed and made for the purpose of gathering data in the ultrasound lab used by BioMedical students.Team Members
